The Sleedu Arena application — including its software, text, design, and logos — is the property of Win Elements LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Sleedu, Sleedu Arena, Safe Pouch®, and WinElements are trademarks of Win Elements LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service or its content except as permitted by the Terms of Service or with our prior written permission.

Teacher content

Teachers retain ownership of the questions, games, images, and records they create or upload. Teachers are responsible for having the right to upload what they submit, including images and material adapted from other sources. Content a teacher chooses to share to the Arena library is licensed to other Arena teachers as described in the Terms of Service.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated contact at hello@winelements.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice," including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it appears in the Service;
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to material where appropriate, and, where applicable, notify the teacher who posted it. We may terminate access for repeat infringers.

Counter-notices

If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the material was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts for your address (or, if outside the United States, to the federal courts located in California).
